The other instrumental on this record, In Search of Silence is sort of a foray into an alternative/grungy sort of sound that is undoubtedly peppered into the rest of this album, although this is the first concrete evidence of me trying to branch out into "blackening" other genres, though I was never strictly "black metal" to begin with on this record.

Regarding the moods it conveys, I envision this being a metaphor for the ultimate human search for peace and serenity in a way. Trying to correct things that are amiss in one's life, searching for a way to become 100% satisfied, which is the journey of human existence as a whole, in my opinion. I tried to convey that as much as I could here, which was an extra bit challenging due to there being no vocals, but the song just didn't feel the same when I tried applying them, so I figured I shouldn't mess with what feels right and left it as it was, much to its benefit I think.
